Do I need to register the line?
Yes, for some plans. Plans valid for 31 days, 14 days or 7 days must be registered in your own name within 30 days of arrival, otherwise the line may be suspended. We will send you the registration steps with your eSIM.
What happens when I use up my data?
On plans marked with a reduced speed, data continues at 128 Kbps after the high speed allowance. On other plans, internet use stops once the allowance is used; you can buy a new plan at any time.
Can I share my connection (hotspot)?
Yes, every plan is hotspot ready so you can tether your laptop or tablet.
When does my plan start?
Your validity period begins when the eSIM is activated and connects to a supported network in San Marino. Please install and activate within 180 days of purchase.
